Acceptance letter will be sent upon receipt of your registration. The organiser reserves the right to reject any registration if the payment is not made before the deadline indicated. Each poster presenter must display their posters as scheduled during the conference. In the event of no-show poster, the presenter will be awarded with certificate as a regular participant only. Registered participants who failed to attend the conference without prior notice to the conference secretariat will be charged full registration fee. All cancellations, without exception, must be made in writing via email to excomspp@mspp.org.my by 15 July 2024. An administrative fee (RM100) will be charged to all cancelled registrations. Cancellation requests received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. Registered participants who fail to provide an approval letter of attendance from their respective agencies will have to pay in cash (this also applies to walk-in participant). Refunds will be made by the second week after conference date. MSPP reserves the right to cancel any event, in which case registration fee would be refunded fully.
